Boston was home to the AOFAS annual meeting 2018. This is the premier meeting both nationally and internationally for foot and ankle surgeons with delegates from every continent represented. Only in orthopaedics can their be a global level of expertise in Foot and Ankle surgery.
Dr Walls and his research team at Yale presented their work evaluating a novel, minimally invasive technique to harvest bone graft used to assist ankle and hind foot fusion procedures. By the end of the conference, they were thrilled to have the "most viewed" ePoster presentation. Well done team!
